Rihanna's clapback tweets go viral

Am I the only one that doesn't find the majority of these funny or clever? It was this behaviour that turned me off Rihanna and why her overexposure in this timeframe irked me so much. She had such a big ego and was known to say really cutting things but she continued to have supportive fans. I'll never forget when she dragged her own fans. A girl wore a replica of one of her outfits to prom and was posting about it and Rihanna responded by making a "fantasy vs reality" shade. I mean, this girl is your fan and she looked good, so I don't know what Rihanna's problem was. And when another fan showed concern for her collabing with Chris, Rihanna said she looked like a goat. These 2 moments have always stuck out in my mind and I've never forgotten them. I hope she's nicer now but there was a time that she acted in a really unacceptable way and I was surprised how it didn't seem to be annoying anyone else like it annoyed me. If someone acted like that in real life, I somehow doubt they'd be praised with "yas queen" validation...

Honestly all of these were defensive after public attacks on her so it's not like she randomly was ageist with Joan Rivers or randomly dissing poor people.

But now she couldn't get away with her pic of a pack of rice with creoles earrings to diss out of the blue an asian and black woman ( kerrueche tran ) and that's a great change imo.

Cancel culture can be absurd but it also did great for some stuffs that should have never been okay.

That was a few years after she was agressed so for the GP she could do now wrong. An Ariana grande doing these stuffs to her fans at any point of her career would have been blasted for years while with riri it was forgotten right away lol.

All were cute clapbacks (the Kendall one was iconic lol), but the one about growing hair is...yeah.
