There are only three options how to solve this:

1. let Putin take Ukraine and do nothing
2. actively step into war with Russia, that will lead to nuclear WW3
3. sanctions that will crush Russian economy so Russia won't be able to financially support war and push Russian citizens and oligarchs to remove Putin from government. What else can we do?

Anyone being against these sanctions, all sanctions affects innocent people one way or another. What are your alternative? 
Blame Putin for that, he keeps on going despite all of this. He's the one damaging his own country without giving a damn about it. 

I don't blame any company for not wanting to have anything to do with a country with an inhumane regime.
