It will but it also hurts the rich d*cks that are in charge of everything too. The world has basically waged economic warfare on Russia and unfortunately the first place you target is the foundation of an economy - the working class. So either the working class rises up (doubtful) or the entire economy collapses and leaders (and their funders) go with it.
