I can't see how delaying an announcement of a tour would help with Ukraine's situation. It makes even less sense to delay when you keep going to events. It's really a Little Monster thing to think Lady Gaga would be trashed for announcing the new dates of her coming show (anyway apart few Twittee and ATRL twinks) I don't see any link between her and Ukraine war.
