There are economic reasons for immigrants but i dunno about deep pockets per say. I wonder what the mental health field looks like up there? 🤨🤔 British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia seem like amazing places to live! Unfortunately, I do not see the US getting any better in the future. And in Maryland, the income and property taxes are insane! Skilled immigrants still migrate wanting to not only get a job but also to buy into property and raise their families. With such housing shortages it’s only going to add to everyone’s stress Imo. And the current trend of building high rise apartments which usually aren’t spacious and come with all sorts of fees doesn’t appeal to most people.
