With this & the Lorde & SJP covers, Vogue US is finally trying again. Ā I agree, I feel like she went so far into her career but for no reason??? Like why? I don't get it, what has she done that could allow her to be on the cover of Vogue or be invited to the MET. She was just a reality tv show star, why can't other reality tv personalities have the same career? Ā I agree with this 100%, it's so annoying how you can't have a non positive opinion about her or her family without being labelled a "hater" It's unbelievable how she has 3 covers of USA Vogue now, the same as Gaga and one less than Beyonce.... She's not an actress but she is the closest to Marilyn Monroe we will ever get, her impact is immense.Ā She has forever changed the fashion and beauty landscape, she's honestly such an influence in that industry which garners Vogue covers. So many artists and celebrities impact fashion but her impact is something no one in modern times has really come close to. I also think if artists like Andy Warhol were around today they'd be obsessed with her, she is the epitome of modern day fame and celebrity culture. Kim Kardashian has won Teen choice awards, MTV awards and Glamour award. One is an artist the other is an influencer and socialite. Kim Kardashian is not today's Marilyn Monroe.
