They explicitly tell them not to consider Gaga's makeup since Sarah's name is not included? Because if they still take everything in consideration, that's weird because her work is getting recognition but she's not. They would have decided amongst themselves who contributed the "most" I suppose. The person who did Jared's prosthetics did a TON of work, and Feddie with all his wigs... I'm not sure who the third person is, but if Sarah "only" did Gaga's makeup and someone else did more, that's fair. There might be guild rules too about hours or whatever.
