Do you know that the Executive branch doesn't pass laws? And that for Biden's agenda to move forward congress needs to pass it? And do you know why the left struggles to do that? Because they don't actually have a majority in congress and within the party are diverse factions and different goals. They are not unified under the banner of "keep power at all costs" and their process, as we can all clearly see, is messy. Please for the love of god understand that the left is an unfortunate mess and the right is anti democracy. And btw... democracy was not supposed to be easy.
