Would you look at that? Suddenly, and mysteriously, all the Bieber songs I saved to my playlists are gone now :oprah:

These are so uncreative and boring that I instinctively cringe when I hear crypto bros try to lump them in with actual art done by real artists :smh:

Economy

The way the most popular things to trade (gamble ready) are useless speculation

Whatever happened to investing into a stock where u own a piece of a producing company or a bond that funded some expansion?

These kinds of tradings do absolutely nothing whats so ever for the economy :koons:

Art is made with purpose and unless the inventor of the NFT comes out and says "yeah, this was a passion project to see what kinds of stupid sh*t people will spend millions of real dollars on and goddamn they exceeded my expectations", I refuse to call it art :samanthac:

They're dumb little doodles online that are being used to gamble and scam. That's it :neyde:

I'm actually lowkey angry at this too 'cause how much money is being invested into this stupid sh*t? While people are out here struggling? If you have the kind of cash to drop $1.3 million on something, give it to something that's worthy :smh:

this is such a wonderful thing for art to evolve into. it’s nice to see artist getting paid for the hard work they do. i kno art is subjective but these pieces are deff go hand in hand with the mona lisa.

i am happy to see what our society puts value on :)))
