Agree that they were defn. weird choices. I understand actors doing Marvel (he was in Spiderman, after all) or the occasional popcorn film (like Fast and the Furious, Bullet Train, John Wick, etc.), but he lined up like 2-3 bland Netflix films that anyone (as you said) could have done.

I had a look at his IMDB and it seems like (mostly) prestige/art house indies, Oscar bait (he has a film with Benedict Cumberbatch that looks interesting), a few popcorn films, and a TV show. IF (and that's a big if) Gaga works with him it could really be any of them outside of the Kirby indie and the Godfather project.

It's not a remake of The Godfather. It's a movie about the process of making The Godfather, the actors probably play producers.

What...that's even worse lmao, whats the point of that? The behind the scenes were normal, I mean it was difficult for Coppola and he was broke and believed in Pacino and Brando when no one did, but is it worth a movie? I swear now they make movies about subjects that shouldnt be movies, should be more a book or something. Im so done with today's art, it's getting worse and worse
