More people would take vaccines more seriously if pharmaceutical firms didn't treat boosters as if they were some kind of season pass (don't get me wrong, I am fully vaxxed and of course I'm not antivax). Yeah, it becomes a monthly subscription, every 3 months in France get your booster, that means at least 4 times a year you get injected and you don't even know if u have enough anti-bodies first. I was vaccinated recently I dont think I need a booster, my anti-bodies are very recent, if you're telling me everything's gone then the vaccine has a major problem and you need to revise it. Questioning big pharma motives doesnt make one antivax I also got 2 doses and recognize the value these vaccines have played as a tool to save lives and contain pandemic But the way as soon as they drop doses they instantly started lobbying governments and telling ppl u will probably need another one before data even came out etc and then as soon as they gave booster they fought for 3rd booster so quickly again... I think its perfectly reasonable to have some healthy skepticism too. If these companies had it their way theyd be giving us shots every 3 months for the next several years I plan on taking boosters myself as needed but i also plan to space them out 6 months at least unless irrefutable evidence comes out that a major new variant or something requires another one sooner Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
