OP: I think she's making a statement more than anything else, just like when she shaved her hair. It was a statement. It doesn't necessarily have to do with mental health. She's now making a statement that she can even post nudes if she wants. Cardi B dances almost fully naked in a lot of the videos, why is it not an issue?

Idk where to begin. Perhaps you're not familiar with the time when she shaved her head, but the only statement she was making by doing that was that she is suffering from mental illness. And as far as we know, unlike Britney, Cardi B has never been formally diagnosed with a mental health disorder.

Court documents have literally stated Britney has NEVER been diagnosed with a mental illness. The Judge in the November 12th hearing said there had NEVER been anything to say she lacked capacity.
