It's a cover of S.E.S.'s song of the same name, which in turn was a cover of Nylon Beat's Like a Fool (which I believe also had an original Finnish version?). So it's got quite a bit of history, but aespa have given it a contemporary flair thanks to BoA as part of SM's ReMastering project. Well this one wasn't really a proper single, it was part of the SM Masterpiece project - the whole point of it was that they were revisiting old songs. And personally I'm really glad they introduced me to this song, I really love it. Next Level was kinda a cover but idk, I feel like the whole weird jazz/rap part in the middle made it feel different enough.
