Kim Petras - something abt u

Malibu and Future Starts Now are the last songs I liked of hers. Unfortunately, her songs are way too autotuned. Her vocals are so great live, idk why they make her sound like a robot.

Because to be honest, it's bland, nothing wrong with that but her recent drops literally went nowhere. TOTL was cohesive, had a fun purpose for Halloween, but "my coconuts, you can put them in your mouth" is not doing anything, and neither are her attempts at bubblegum pop. :ladyhaha:

it's definitely not bland to me, it has a super tight charismatic beat, great vocals and good melodies. same with coconuts. she can't do anything without people crying that it's bland when infact the engineering and production are very rich and complex

In my opinion, FSN had the same issue as No Tears Left to Cry by Ariana. It was too repetitive and the song had little to no variety/peaks. Her standalone singles were pop perfection (Heart To Break, Hillside Boys, IDWIAA, and even Malibu). Turn Off the Lights was Kitchy, but very cohesive and sonically pleasing from beginning to end.

Religion is a product to sell.

IMO she has better versions of songs she’s releasing now.

Sexually explicit lyrics? - Do Me/Personal Hell.

Unapologetic POP? - I Don’t Want It At All/Malibu/Hillside Boys/Sweet Spot

Like this was supposed to be her big mainstream debut but we have better material in past albums/EPs :(
