TOTL was cohesive, had a fun purpose for Halloween, but "my coconuts, you can put them in your mouth" is not doing anything, and neither are her attempts at bubblegum pop. Its pretty bland, wouldn't call it perfect pop by any means. I'd give it a pass if it was a newer artist dabbling in some pop bops, but knowing how well Kim can deliver makes it more underwhelming.
