(Apart from the hit single Christmas Tree) Judas is a fun choice obviously I'd have to go with most of the Fame Monster album which screams "winter", "snow" and "cold" to me. The "A Very Gaga Holiday" special also had some really great moments of it with You and I and The Edge of Glory. Not really "Christmas" songs but have that feeling sometimes. Come To Mama, Angel Down, Fashion of His Love and 1000 Doves (Planningtorock Remix) also have a little bit of nostalgia instrumentals in there.
