This is the nature of viruses. It's just wild how this one is mutating to be more and more contagious with every variant but the lethality isn't really dropping as much as we'd like. Combine that with millions of Q's, MAGAs, and other general deplorables and it's a disaster in motion I have to say, as much as I miss my grandpa, it is honestly a bit of a relief to no longer have to directly deal with congested hospitals, closed ERs, limited medications, etc. I feel for anyone who's being hurt by others' ignorance and selfishness I was there for over a year, it's not fun. They think it could of originated in someone with unchecked HIV because the body couldn't fight off covid very well, giving it chance to heavily mutate.
