The Joanne + MR performance at Grammys takes the cake for me:diane:

Her AMA performance is my favorite vocally/arrangement vice, sadly the recording is so bad, i dont know who f*d this up. I also think it was the first time she went up at the „which parts i should believe“ after the first refrain. Also the isolated vocal at the end without any background music was so good

For sure, I've loved it since the day it was released.

You remind me that it's such a wonderful thing to love.

Blown Away

It's a great song and one of her best ballads, I think it has potential to become one of her most remembered songs. Just look at the chart performance and its streams, despite bombing worldwide it still gets a healthy amount of streams daily.

They shipped it, but it got shipped back

One of her best best songs. It's never got old for me and I love that it got its rightful performance at the Super Bowl, which will be watched online for years to come.

Best song on the album, I cried when I first listened to it. It only has a bad rep in the fanbase because of the million performances and that video :poot:

The dress she wore in that performance is amazing, she was literally stealing the show.
But we have to talk about the John Wayne performance that was gorgeous, and the outfits worn by the models where nice too, but Gaga and the back up dancer behind her were still the hottest on that catwalk.

On MR, I still can't stand the song, it wasn't my cup of tea when I first heard it and her performing it so freaking much made it even worse for me. It's basically an instant skip, and maybe my least favorite Gaga single because of that. I'll prefer her other ballads over that one anytime, especially I'll Never Love Again and Is That Alright. Her vocals seem a lot more controlled and still really emotional in those songs, and the lyrics are also a lot better in my opinion.
And we just don't talk about it's music video, clearly the worst out there.

I'm ready lmao

trust is like a mirror, you can fix it if it's broken but you can still see the crack in that ************s reflection.

I think MR introduced Gaga to streaming era and became instant classic among GP. In every talent show on TV in my country there are few people singing it even years after its release :enigma: same as ARUTW

I'm not having fun tonight.

This version is my favourite :bradley: So powerful and breathtaking

This version is much better than the original.

Gaga is pretty much the only artist I can think of whose live / piano versions are better than the official versions and it has annoyed me for a long time. I remember before You and I was released, she would sing it at the Monster Ball and I thought that was her best song song ever, I couldn't wait for the studio version to come out and blow everyone away. Then it came out and her powerful vocals are missing and the production is very pop and underwhelming compared to her live performances of it, which are mindblowingly amazing.
I remember I was watching Monster Ball at madion Square Garden on HBO one day and my dad came in when You and I was on and he's like "who's that???? Her voice is amazing" even though he has heard You and I on the radio before, he didn't even recognize it was the same person singing it lmao

Same with Born This Way, some of her live performances of it on the Monster Ball were MINDBLOWING and out of this world but the studio version sounds overproduced and I hate how the music in the chorus is louder than her vocals.

Then I remember Edge of Glory was released and that studio version of great but it's a lot better when she sings it live.

1000 dives piano version is awesome, the version on the album sounds awkward. Same with Million Reasons, I've always thought it sounded off but this acoustic version is great.

Before her Sound of Music Oscars performance, pretty much everyone aside from her fans thought she was just another pop bitch who can't even sing and that's because her albums seldom show off her vocal range.

I couldn't agree more :kara: Her live or acoustic versions are out of this world :saladga:

Million Reasons is a great ballad, one of her best imo, however it sounds better live as she adds her usual gaga vocal flourishes and makes the melody and lyrics come alive. The album version is a little flat. But great nonetheless.
