Carly being the highest of any pop girls!  It’s such a anti-pop list with top five being all radiohead, it’s quite an achievement that Taylor scored three albums. At least Gaga and Madonna got one each. I didn’t think Gaga was going to make the cut at all.

The delusion :lmao: So sick sick of "fans" like you crapping on Born This Way every chance you get. It IS her magnum opus no matter how hard you haters try and say otherwise.

And how is that person "crapping" on BTW?… all they did was state their opinion :partysick: You sound very bitter for no reason :laughga:

How can ppl complain about the list with the fact that Pitchfork was originally more focusing on indie/rock music.

Sorry but I don't get the chills when I hear 'Bad Romance' for 1000th time. With Born This Way (the song) it's so so different. BTW is her statement work :ohwell: Recently here, I almost cried in a cinema. And this song doesn't even apply to me that much.

I find it so funny that albums like Dark Fantasy by Kanye get praised but like where is LEMONADE or BEYONCÉ?   U cant tell me Kanye had a bigger impact than Bey

Both albuns are in the list

Seems like a good list anyway. Can anyone less lazy than me put all of these albums into one Spotify playlist? :derpga:

Every time I see lists like this I realize Gaga has yet to put out a true magnum opus. Born This Way and The Fame Monster come really close, especially BTW, but it's really interesting that with all the iconic singles and record breaking there's yet to be a true Gaga 'bible' that stands the test of time.

This is the sad true. Honestly Gaga is so talented but I'm impressed she has yet to release an album that trascends and that's really impactful amongst the GP and important for the history of music itself. BTW is an amazing record and it means the world to me, but for most people is just an album. TFM is unbelievably good, but it lacks some musical magic. Don't missunderstand me, these were 2 of the greatest pop eras in history, both albums failed to make history and that's one thing Gaga has yet to achieve as an artist, singer and songwriter.

So many rock/alternative albums. Looks like something I would listen to when I was in my “doing drugs” era in high school :wtfga: Are straight men ok?

I'm not going to reach very far and assume that 100 percent of those men are straight.

Wow you're really doing God's work :applause:

Can we add this statistic to the OP so we can calm our ghey titties? :huntyga:

BTW is still relevant in pop culture today and very much a factor with the GP. Very much disagree that she hasn't put out an album without a lasting impact.

And frankly, this list isn't that great...it's slanted towards men and certain genres. I'm not even the biggest Madonna fan, but it's ridiculous that she has only one album on this list. And Phoebe Bridgers lol...look, she's talented, but the idea that any of her albums have had some lasting impact or are true works of art or original is something most people would disagree on. Her inclusion very much smacks of "let's make a cooler than thou" list. At least FKA Twigs, even if her albums haven't made much of an impact with the GP, is wildly respected among music legends and vocally outstrips Phoebe on every level.
