She should just book like 10 dates at the wembley and choose 1 big stadium in US. And let people come from all over to these stadiums only. I mean the demand is there so most it will definitely be sold out

The amount of ignorance already. As if she herself can just decide to host a concert in some field and rent the space and that's it.

Completely ignoring the scoping process to find the space available to support such a gathering, the requirements for securing a permit for the designated space - which could take an indefinite amount of time to be granted (and also most counties need a designated date of the event), securing the space itself, the endless amount of public security requirements to ensure that it's run safely.

If youre unaware, race courses, farmers fields etc are all used for show venues and are all well used by livenation who know how to make relevant plans. Thats how outdoor events work.
