There's a great TV show in the UK called 'Who do you think you are?' that looks at celebrities family tree's and go into super granular detail about their key family members over the centuries. I'd LOOOOVE to hear Gaga's family history I hope she does something like that one day

I love how she says how her ancestors fought for a better life as if living in Italy is not having a good life, it's even better, good food, richenss of culture, healthcare system etc, she acts like her ancestors came from idk where with dictatorship or something like that. I just don't understand Gaga in these interviews recently, she's very dramatic sometimes

I don’t think Italy was a very desirable place when Gaga’s great grand parents moved to USA. It was one of the most dangerous places during the world war. Not to mention the quality of living was horrible for non rich people.

Yes! I remember watching Olivia Colman's episode and it was so good. Her ancestors came from India and they went to India to trace her family history, it was quite emotional :bradley:

If we are talking about her grandparents or great-grandparents (i don't know exactly each emigrate to America).. unfortunately it wasn't a good time in Italy. During world war II there was actually a dictatorship. Now days of course isn't the same.

I love that show! There is an American version as well that isn't quite as good, but I'd still die to see Gaga do it

I love how interviewers ask a certain question and Gaga goes off on a tangent. Hearing soundbites of her acting process makes some people roll their eyes but if you actually listen to her and she's given the time to describe it it makes a lot of sense.

Yeah like tell me you don't know world history without telling me you don't know world history. A little Google search does wonders.

Best HoG interview yet! If you give Gaga time to explain herself, she tells a clear and deep story. When it's rushed,  I feel like the way she repeats the same phrases (she nuances here more and explains more) come off too acted at times, like she feels pressure to leave an impression in small time.
