So I have been thinking about all the interviews and press that is now coming in November. Gaga will be asked about the character that she plays and quite frankly the character of Patrizia Reggiani is not made up like Ally: It's a real human being and the woman herself is still alive. So this is very different.

 

I was wondering how Gaga will speak about her character - about Patrizia - she's a "murderer" after all but also a y' know real person. It's very easy to say something "wrong" and I'm sure she has thought about what she's gonna say in depth.

 

I find this very very difficult - since she hasn't even spoken to the real Patrizia. I'm really curious about how she responds to reporters questions.

 

I'm sure that she will be very well prepared and find the right words - as always.

This will be interesting to see. I think she will strike a balance between talking about Patrizia being a strong and determined woman but won't glorify her (hopefully).

What will be so amazing is that with Patrizia having the personality she does once promo really explodes and the movie premieres she most likely won’t remain silent (unless she has been paid and signed something to do so). Then people can see just how well Gaga embodied her and her voice and she will no longer have these comparisons to a Russian accent or overacting caricature of the character.

I think it's simple, u can make it very PC and say generic things like "When I read the script and thought about playing a real life person who did a terrible thing, I had to take a step back and try to find a way for me as an actress to not be judgemental but instead to delve into a sort of psychological analysis of what drove this woman to commit a crime, and what are their motivations in life, their aspirations, their personnality, and of course their flaws and bring out a real multi dimensional character on screen that is not a stereotypical characterization of what an evil person is" etc etc blah blah

Im very excited to watch all the interviews and press conferences

I kind of wish no one paid attention to Patrizia. She’s a sociopath and will most likely feed off any attention she gets which IMO she doesn’t deserve. She has no remorse and no feelings of guilt for what she’s done. She had the father of her daughters murdered because she felt neglected and was afraid she’d miss out on money.
