Manchin and Sinema need to go ASAP. Democrats in states like Florida, Georgia, Texas, etc need to get off their asses and organize better. There's no reason we have to sacrifice any of our agenda when we control the executive branch, house, and senate and no single senator should be so powerful that they can kill a bill that the vast majority of Americans support 

Democratic politicians need to start playing dirty like the GOP does too. Gerrymandering, restrict voting access in mostly white neighborhoods, do something to curb the disproportionate amount of representation the minority of rural/conservative voters have.

I'll never not vote Democrat but goddamn is this party useless half the time.

Those are our choices, folks. Evil, delusional alt-right trash or moral high-ground taking but completely inept morons. The US is f*cked.

I have to agree.

One thing I'll give the Republicans credit for is they aren't afraid to use their power. Dems CANNOT relate.

They need to stop trying to play the moral authority and afraid of what Republicans are going to say. Republicans are gonna Republican, and label you a socialist REGARDLESS of what you do.

So wield the damn power WE gave you and get done what we sent you there to do...

At the end of the day, nothing is going to change until unlimited money is taken out of our system and legalized bribery is banned.

Until then Democrats and Republicans alike are going to protect the system that keeps them in power.

We really need a good vehicle charging network along the major highways!!!  Some kind of carbon credits needs to happen too. Climate change is real and industry needs to make some changes!

I was so hoping the free community college would be included. But expanded  pell grants would at least be something that gets education money to people that really need the money.

But go off. I'd be happy to listen to anyone that has a plan to replace them. At this point I prefer a Lady Gaga wax figure from Madame Tussauds take each of their places. If nothing is getting done at least I can look at wax Lady Gaga.

Of course, this assumes they'd allow THIS version to pass, which isn't likely to happen either

Biden effectively giving his voters SCRAPS and still they won't budge.

Also, he had many tactics he could have used to whip these two into line. He chose not to, and chose not to fight as strongly or assertively as he could have.

There's so many things the administration could have done which they didn't, and that's on them. Their own failure for not fighting as hard as they could have.

Of course, the two Senators are at fault for obvious reasons, but they are just doing what their donors put them there to do.

Biden is not innocent or blameless here though.

They've all failed miserably.

The President does not write the bills.  The bill has to pass.  He has no power to force Manchin and the crazy lady to pass bills.  Manchin is considering becoming an independent.

Bernie Sanders, for the record, has also failed to persuade those two idiots.  Hopefully this time, progressives don't attack Democrat senate candidates in 2022 because that's one of the reasons we have such a tight majority in the senate, and there's a good chance Mitch gets the majority back.
