Very weird, but I find very unique! I can differentiate her lyrics with other artists.

To me her best written song is still Yoü and I. It’s not too much it’s not too little. It’s a perfect pop rock song in her discography.

Gaga’s lyrics are uniquely her. Like the way she structures a song is truly a signature.

And it might be just me, but when other artist cover her songs, they come off cheesy, basic and are sung weird. But when Gaga sings them, they sound like a masterpiece!

What are your thoughts on Gaga's songwriting style?

Favourite line ever;

“I think weed”

amazing

especially on Born This Way and ARTPOP, such great lyrics

"I'm gonna marry the dark, gonna make love to the stark
I'm a soldier to my own emptiness, I'm a winner"

cmon

red wine, cheap perfume and a filthy pout

interesting that you say that, because I think so too... I mean I don't think her songs are cheesy, but whenever other artists sing them... they r not the same... like u said they come off as cheesy even though they're not. :awkney:

Unpopular opinion: I think Gaga shines as a song writer on Joanne the most. It has the best of her lyrics (Joanne, PI, Diamond heart, Ayo, Hey girl and Million reasons). Even better than ASIB, except for Shallow and ARUTW.

Also I love how even though she went back to her ´dance roots´  with Chromatica, Her song writing is getting mature and better (ROM, Fun tonight, 911, Replay and Babylon)

"Keep my dolls inside diamond boxes
Save them 'til I know I'm gon' drop this
Front I've built me around my oasis
Paradise is in my hand
Holding on so tight to this status
It's not real but I'll try to grab it
Keep myself in beautiful places
Paradise is in my hands"

that's just so beautiful

"Run, run, her kiss is a vampire grin
The moon lights her way while she's howling at him
She looks good, but her boyfriend says she's a tramp

She's a tramp, she's a vamp
But she still does her dance
She's a tramp, she's a vamp
But she still kills the dance

Marilyn, Judy, Sylvia
Tell 'em how you feel, girls

Work your blonde Benét Ramsey
We'll haunt like Liberace
Find your freedom in the music
Find your Jesus, find your Kubrick

You will never fall apart
Diana, you're still in our hearts
Never let you fall apart
Together we'll dance in the dark

"

love
