She tends to go very sentimental (overly so IMO) when doing anything acoustic or rock-ish for some reason, and it kills the mood for me, to the point where she takes me to a vaguelly Meat Loaf-ian place. I would love to see her more adventurous progressive sensibilites (like her creative mindspace on 911 or Heavy Metal Lover) combined with a rock influence someday.
