NFRatwell 23,290
I’m not entirely familiar with the genre, but if you’re a hyperpop fan which would you say are in the genre? I guess it would be 911 and Plastic Doll, but let me know what you think.
hoeslay 4,145
Closest thing to me is Sine from Above
Anderson123 36,254
Replay, Plastic Doll, Rain On Me and Sine From Above I think? I think it’s more about the artists because Arca, Dorian, Ashnikko and Charli are known for making Hyperpop music.
Original Diva 4,945
I was surprised by the record in the way that I had thought (because of the featured artists who are widely involved with the hyperpop/pc genre) that the album would have a more hyperpop/pc sound, which I was very excited for. I don't consider the album or many of the songs to be particularly hyperpop-ish, but there are definitely some influences and references (such as the Sophie sample in Bree's Babylon remix) excuse me no

Chromatica Island 8,517
Hyperpop is a complicated genre tbh but my guess would be SFA, Replay, and 911. Any/All Pronouns, Genderfluid🏳⚧

Stephen 30,324
The ending of Replay and the first drop of SFA are very much classic Sophie inspired hyperpop pots and pans you know.

I don't really listen to it so have no idea about it to be honest. Just thought Arca and Sophie's relationship had something to do with them making the same type of music.
