Lead WAS planned for January 9th and album WAS planned for Friday March 8th in some European countries, with a price of Ă¢ââŹĹĄÂŹ14.49 during time of release while shops were advised to sell it at Ă¢ââŹĹĄÂŹ17.49. US release of ARTPOP would probably have been March 11th or 12th, a monday or tuesday. Some shops even took pre-orders already! Well you do speak logical things, she did say that it'd be in the first quarter. Now she's saying Spring, which'd be second quarter, which'd be why no shops have received info...
