She said herself a few weeks ago it wasn't chosen. That was LONG AFTER Tara said we were gonna pee our pants when we heard it, Dave saying that it's better than Bad Romance, and the guy from The Darkness saying that it had blown his mind.

I just don't know who to believe now.

I think that it would be OK to presume that the lead single has changed multiple times, and that Gaga has changed her mind multiple times and, when she said it hadn't been chosen, she was in yet another state of indecision. I don't think anyone is "lying" here, just that they've been misinformed. Gaga and Tara are friends, she probably said "Yeah, this one's it." Then said that to others... then Interscope have pushed in, or someone else, or she's reconsidered... Hopefully it's the one Dave, Tara and TD guy were referring to.

Yeah, right. She made 7 songs for 10+ months, and she made the rest since October. Please. (unless he meant that there are other songs, except these 7, that need to be finished)

I know she has many songs for the record (like 50, as she said), but I feel like there's always something new on her mind and she wants to add it.

It would mean EVERYTHING if she announces the dates on NY/Xmas. I just don't feel it's going to happen.

She played the album to her label in the summer (presumably in demo form considering that's how it's typically done) and those 7 tracks were finished, i.e. remastered and perfected, by September.

It's perfectly possible for her to have finished 14 songs by now if all it took was recording already written/produced music and adding a few new editions.

Though, I never said they were lying. Only that it all got too confusing, and nobody got the time to explain the confusion.

Knowing when the album/single are coming makes waiting easier, but it's exactly what they don't want, cuz hype will die down :( damn all those business strategies :P

I agree possibly even release the app on x-mas with maybe a type of SOFY in the making thing (we got instrumentals in GGV so why not?) then new years announcement we got allot of info during her last break last summer and then with stache and Cake in October/November..and where only getting closer....still taking all of this with a grain of salt tho :nails:
