I don't know for a fact this was his intention, it's just my takeaway and I've seen others commenting the same.

Regardless of whether he has actually been cancelled, I think Kanye himself believes he has been canceled and that's why he's making a statement on it.

I don't know if he's making excuses for DaBaby and MM and claiming they've been wronged by society (like he supposedly has been), or if maybe he's intentionally trying to bring in people who are worse than him to make some sort of a point about his own innocence.
