The fans in the garage was when she was on tour though, a rental/airbnb situation in Peru... not quite the same as her own homes.

This is from her vogue interview in 2018, she does have security people on site, don't worry:

"When the gates to her compound swing open, you head down a long gravel driveway that threads through the multi-acre property, past the fenced-in ring where she rides her horse, Arabella, past the barns and the stables and the giant barking dogs, Grandpa and Ronnie—and pull up to a house made of fieldstone that looks, at first glance, as if it belongs in the South of France. A cheerful young fellow greets you at your car, explains that he is the head of security, and asks you to sign an NDA."

So she actually has security there 24/7? Or just when she's doin' interviews and people come to her home? I myself couldn't imagine having security in my own home all the time... would be strange, but I guess she is used to that. :oprah:

For those worried about Gaga's well being: My partner always knows when Gaga is in residence at the Zappa house because security is EVERYWHERE when she is. The cliche black SUV and big, burly dudes.

And they stay however long she does. Be it one day or three months.

It's safe to say that she's pretty safe (see what I did there??) when she's there...

I just saw him for dinner and he didn't say anything about cops showing up earlier, btw (he usually fills me on on Gaga stuff.)

But I'll ask him and get back to y'all.

Yeah I remember her saying in an earlier interview she has really good security. That she spends a lot of money on it.

She definitely has 24/7 house security. Remember when she was in Italy when her dogs were kidnapped? I'm pretty sure the bodyguard who collected Asia was looking after her house. I don't think she's going off and leaving her 23 million estate on its own for weeks and months. I'm sure she was full time house sitters and maintenance  staff too.

The police searched her property but found no sign of burglary nor forced entry.

these types of results ALWAYS scare me. I would rather have the police tell me they found a scary man in my basement living there for months but that they caught him then to have a open ended situation like this with no one being caught. I would be extremely paranoid and worried that someone was able to get away and will come back again at a later date. Hope this was just a security malfunction and no one was messing with her home..

Just realised she called her dogs after her grandparents 😂

How does an NDA work when you're there to interview someone

Confused Thinking GIF

I think the NDA is more about her house etc; so journalists can't talk about her house, how she lives, the rooms etc... or at least not give any specific details about it so they can only publish the stuf they are there for: the interview topics

Maybe. I remember the interviewer who went to her Zappa house gave a lot of description of it. About the bed over the shower etc. They have specific things they can't put in it. Maybe if her family is around etc
