I can’t help but think of Replay with the part of your post I bolded 

We all know that Gaga turned in Chromatica to the label before covid was a worldwide problem. Yet a lot of the lyrics can relate to covid. I’ve read reports where dying patients ask for the vaccine. I’m sure lots of nurses say to themselves:

does it matter, does it matter? Damage is done. 

It blows my mind how Gaga’s lyrics about mental health can fit into these pandemic times we live in

It really remains to be seen just how messed up we all are once this thing calms down..
