Bloodpop clarified by saying it was up to the label, meaning interscope. Hopefully interscope still sees the benefit of releasing now while it’s hot. But they do invest a lot into production they may be thinking when is most profitable for us to release this. There may be some kinks or details in the finalizing process that are taking longer & they want to release it soon. Maybe they want to promote it. They may have a different release date in mind then was previous told to Bloodpop, with how popular it is right now, maybe they want to capitalize on that. A lot of what if’s. No one really knows but interscope.

I agree with you but it is not confirmed to be coming in the middle of September, that's the whole point. I honestly think we need at least a placeholder date, we need to have something to grab onto. But at this point people who walk past club doors knows more that any one of us.

I think, given the buzz and the number of snippets circulating on the internet, they run the risk of the album being leaked in full and/or the fan base losing some interest. Imo I think the only *good* reason for delaying it is if they want to plan a bigger rollout, but even at that, I think a remix record flies enough under the radar that they can kind of promote it whenever.
