VasilisVas 5,201
Gaga must be so proud but sad. It must be an honor for her to have been the last person ever to perform live with him.
LaLuna 12,732
I mean, it's only normal at this point. He should be resting and taking care of himself. I'm not even sure why they'd scheduled a tour in the first place, given his age and condition.

GucciGa 3,729
I think it's the right thing. He bowed out in glory and what more could any performer want. 😇
AVeryGagaHolyDick 26,161
This era is really morbid isn't it? I don't know if I should stay away from it or not ; it's a very important moment in Tony's and Gaga’s careers and in music in general, but it doesn't help my mental state... at all
Franch Toast 27,123
Honestly, I think this decision is the right one, given the rise of the Delta variant, and he got to go out with a bang. What a swan song he had, and it will be televised at some point. I wish him good health and happiness, and I hope he knows how beloved he is. Not everyone reaches 90 yo, yet he's still doing concerts at 95 and with an Alzheimer condition. Life reaches its end for everyone, and he's definitely had an amazing life. So that's a good thing

He's going out after 70 years of an amazing career. Imagine what 25 year old Tony would have thought if he knew what was to come. To be honest he could have retired after this : "For my money, Tony Bennett is the best singer in the business. He excites me when I watch him. He moves me. He's the singer who gets across what the composer has in mind, and probably a little more." — Frank Sinatra 😇
weed 74,416
Wow, the people at that last show are really the last people to ever see Tony Bennett perform, so amazing. A phenomenal career.
