Not at all actually. The person who is going to be in control is someone she approves of and is going to help her take down the conservatorship. That was the plan form the beginning.

If he steps down, he can’t appoint anyone, only the lawyer can if I’m not mistaken because Jamie won’t be in control anymore.

rosengart has been adamant about Britney leaving the conservatorship so if he is the one to place a conservator, he’s gonna pick someone who will make it smooth sailing to end it.
