Looking at the history of those categories:

Cinematography: You have to think Beyonce is the favorite (her last three nominations including as part of The Carters won) even if Gaga won last year.
Art Direction: No one seems to be a clear favorite. Beyonce won for Apeshit and Gaga won for Paparazzi. No one else in the category has any wins though Taylor Swift is a perennial nominee at this point. I'd have to rewatch all the videos but this is the category I see 911 as most likely to pull off a win in. 

Interestingly enough, these are two of the three categories Bad Romance lost. So the professional bodies here may be less taken in with Gaga than other technical awards voters.

they probably replaced Levitating to Prisoner in Best Collaboration category, but why they didin't put solo version in Best Pop?

Ah man, today's vma main nomination is kinda meh tbh  

 

Pretty much stopped caring much as these kind of categories are mostly likely predictable? Meaning the biggest fan base the better chance you get it. 

For VOTY, Montero /KMM/ WAP I can see why, but the other? I don't know kinda forgettable. Put in some olivia rodrigo maybe? Idk

I only have two things to say:

• I don't know many of the artists nominated, especially for Best New Artist and Push Performance (it's my pure ignorance, though)

• I can already feel Army being messy because BTS weren't nominated for Video of the Year
