Asami Imai

Primarily a voice actress, she does music on the side. She's got such a wonderful personality and a massive body of work. Of course, I don't know if I can reccomend her to you as I don't know how you feel about her primary genre of music (J-Pop) but if you do like her, she is releasing a new album this coming December so you do have that to look forward to. In addition, she is releasing 4 distribution songs for each month starting in June of 2021. She currently has 6 primary albums, an acoustic album, a mini album, and a "complete album" with 100 songs. (It's really just her previous albums released up until that point plus some obscure tracks.) I have been obsessed with her ever since I first heard her music via the "Corpse Party" video game series.

Yassss!!! Taste! I wish she were more popular. I’ll never forget leaving a college class early, several years ago, to see her live—and I even went solo to the show because I was sure she won’t be touring near me again soon. Each record is outstanding. I feel this way about Dido as well.
