121M + 500k x 160 days = 121M + 80M -> 201M streams

 

Hopefully even faster if Oscar hype and a nomination () boosts streams and overall interest for the song  am I delusional for thinking it could even come close to re-peaking its daily streams around Oscar time

I wouldn't say delusional. There is certainly a non-zero chance that it could re-peak, but it still doesn't seem very likely....
