“Bruised” Directed by and Starring Halle Berry set to release November 24th

Halle Berry’s directorial debut “Bruised” will release this fall through Netflix. She has been filming and getting this movie prepped for around 3 years and will finally be released November 24th.

She describes the plot as follows:
“It’s a movie about sort of a disgraced MMA fighter sort of in the middle towards the end of her career, and it’s sort of the journey she goes through to get her son back that she left when he was very young, and then get her sense of self and her career back.”

The movie co-stars Woman’s Flyweight Champion Valentina  Shevchenko.

Halle Berry was also trained by featherweight fighter Brian Ortega

Omg this is not my genre normally but I adore her and it sounds like she's been fully into this project. Excited!
