Why they are silent?

Remember when Chris Pratt was called out being a member at an Anti-LGBT church; and his co-stars spoke out in support of him? Why there are no statements from them in favor of Sjo's case?

This is highly disturbing.

Actor Elliot Page had said on Twitter that Pratt should address the accusations against Hillsong Church. He elaborated in another tweet later that read, “If you are a famous actor and you belong to an organization that hates a certain group of people, don’t be surprised if someone simply wonders why it’s not addressed. Being anti LGBTQ is wrong, there aren’t two sides. The damage it causes it severe. Full stop. Sending love to all.”

Soon after the allegations came to light, bigwigs like Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Zoe Saldana, Jeremy Renner, and James Gunn expressed their support for Pratt.

In comparison, there has been no statement in support of Johansson yet. Perhaps the actors’ potentially continuing association with Disney for upcoming Marvel projects makes them reluctant to offend the media giant?

Still, one could argue that Johansson’s case is far more serious than mere accusations.

Aren't churches like Hillsong basically a cult? Pratt has made it clear his religion is his top priority, which is bizarre when you can't find it in you to criticize your own social groups.

Despite being seen as progressive and left-leaning, Hollywood is still a boys club. Men get a million chances whereas women have to justify every action and reaction. "Boys will be boys" excuses so much nonsense.

I was hoping this would actually be about "the squad" not advocating for Medicare for All in the middle of a deadly global pandemic that has killed hundreds of thousands in the US. FYI, 1/3 of US deaths have been linked to lack of insurance.

They support Pratt but not Johansson because Hollywood is misogynist as all phuck as we all know, to the point they prefer a super conservative guy member of an openly anti-gay church to an actress who simply hasn't wanted to put up with all their sh1t. Futher proof is all the efforts they made to redeem (and shoehorn) Downey Jr despite his overwhelmingly negative reputation. I doubt they would do the same favor to an actress.
