G U C C I 5,397 Posted July 29, 2021 Share Posted July 29, 2021 I truly don’t believe Francis will win again and tbh she will be lucky to get a nomination given that some on gold derby and other awards forums have confirmed her film was rejected at Venice. As for the people who believed Ana was a contender for Blonde, I disagree. And now with it being pushed to 2022, her and the film are no longer in longer in the race. Pushing it back allows Netflix to focus their campaign for Power of the Dog. Dunst has been talked about for her role in the film for a while now and it had a great premiere at Cannes and has been selected for NYFF centerpiece selection. Dunst is definitely getting a best actress nomination and possibly Kristen Stewart for Spencer. JHud will also most likely score a nom because the academy loves a bio pic with singers.
