Also, the $580 tickets look pretty good to me? While I don't like paying that much, I feel like that's pretty normal for a decent seat to see two huge stars in a small venue..especially when it's the last show for Tony....

But yeah, what you said plus this isn't really targeted at Gaga's fanbase as much as it is a final bow for Tony...and the labels are always going to make sure that sort of thing is expensive asf.

yeah, people in the other thread were also saying they got tickets for $200-$300, so that seems super reasonable to me!

only platinum seats were available today unless you have a citi card. while the platinum seats were outrageous, if you clicked around, you could see that the regular tickets (which will be on-sale to everyone tomorrow) were about $95-$250 which was honestly cheaper than i was expecting for such a historic concert

Oh that's totally reasonable. I saw the $500-600, which was a LOT but at the same time...sort of expected considering it's Tony's last show, a tiny venue, and two major A list stars.

also for lorde’s new your, ticketmaster was quite literally inflating ticket prices WHILE the pre-sale was going on. i think these things are often decided very far removed from the actual artists

Ticketmaster is awful. Literally so corrupt and the few times artists have called them out it's been a disaster...
