If you're basic and have an artless soul then maybe refrain from commenting :vegas: you can just ignore it if you hate him so much

This dude is so toxic if he’s really talking smack about kk. Like the girl always supported him publicly

Not to be that person but isn't it interesting how he can be a terrible person all around but as soon as he mentions his deceased mother, everyone suddenly calls him a misunderstood genius and loves him again?

most the people in the thread are defending the artist who made the album cover because it’s about their dead mother, too. not to be that person, but it seems no one reads the thread before commenting some bs

I’m not a fan of Kayne, but it is an interesting album cover. I assumed that he this was his album cover since Donda’s cause of death was complications with surgery.

No one’s saying that, it’s called having respect for someone’s loss. You can hate on someone’s personality without having to disrespect the memory of their mother or their grief, like this person who clearly lacks the aforementioned basic decency and respect:

You always seem to be on my posts but never take into account others say similar things lol...everyone has lost someone but that doesn't get to be used as some sort of Trump card (no pun intended) whenever he says or does anything controversial

We all understand he has mental illness, has a hard time with losing his mother, etc but he's also a human being like everyone else and isn't above anyone and that includes critique...this is a forum where people are allowed to share differences of opinions...

I love the work of Louise Bourgeois. Her art and life story is fascinating and the bond she shared with her mother is so moving. Her most famous works are giant sculptures of a spider protecting its eggs by keeping them close to its body. They seem out of this world! I'd recommend anyone not familiar with her work to look her up, it's amazing. :)

She died in 2010, so sadly nobody can ask her if she would have wanted to be associated with this project. But that's true for a lot of artists who have already passed away. At least the painting and music seem to be linked thematically in a way, and they're both deeply personal to the respective artist. Plus Bourgeois gets more exposure, so I guess it's a win for her...
