I´m fine with it as long as the capital is in Spain :derpga:

It would be most likely Brüssel or a city in Luxembourg.

I think it would be Merkeland  Europe as it was created is dead, tbh.

huh?

As Merkel can be considered the "president of Europe", Germany would be transformed to Merkeland. :derpga:

No :smh:

Europe should've never even gone to the Euro. I also don't think the more powerful countries of the EU would be keen to lose a lot of their power to form one country.

Exactly. I expect Germany wouldn't be happy giving up their somewhat stable economy for the benefit of other countries like Spain or Greece.

And Merkel is the one who wants the USE.

Not fluently, but I understood most of the article. It does strike me as quite odd considering Germany and other wealthier European countries would end up having to pay for Spain and Greece's huge debts. But I guess if Merkel thinks it's a good idea...

yep,but this year are german elections. We will see if she stays.

(Most likely she will stay, she is more popular than ever)

She wants, but France (Sarkozy and now Hollande ...) don't.

Hopefully Hollande will change his opinion

I don't think he will though, considering France is currently more interested in protectionism. :noparty:
