that's it? they should also remove website sales or RESTRICT and monitor them severely. They are the easiest form of chart manipulation.

Girl no one listens to the radio anymore and all the airplay are payed by the labels so why does Billboard still count it? So radio doesn't just die at once and iHeart doesn't go bankrupt?
