I lock threads “in a heartbeat“ if I‘m online and a dumb thread happens to be posted when I‘m browsing the site.

I (and other moderators) can‘t be online all the time reading every single post that‘s why there is a report button. Only 1 person reported that comment and it was warned within 30 minutes.

1. You are not a racist, but your comment is racist because Azealia‘s race has nothing to do with why people sympathise with her.

I’m so stoked. She seems to be in a really good place, so it may actually work this time. The last one she had a “comeback” single was Anna Wintour and the press and promo for that song was just not it. The song is a banger, with probably her best music video, but she totally bombed the press tour for it. 

now, she seems to have a better hold of what she wants to do and say, so good for her. I can’t wait to listen!

It absolutely is! Comments ranging from slight racism to full on white supremacy.

side note: AB has said from day one the white gays are the ones that are always mean to her and call her a flop and every other name under the book. So it’s interesting to me when you all use your racist remarks to come after her. It only proves her point.

What constitutes as a dumb thread to you? Rumors about Bobby gaining another client or the 3+ threads about Demi everyday? I personally reported that post meaning you saw only my report minutes after I tagged you. You’re not the only moderator here. Do you all only come online together? The site is not moderated with POC in mind, and users have been saying that for years, and the same response is given every time. “We can’t catch every instance”. What instances do you guys catch? The users are calling out hate more than your team.

i just don’t understand GGD at all. they denounce that one country singer (morgan something or other?) for using a racial slur, but still want to stan a woman who uses homophobic slurs. just because one makes music you wanna listen to it’s easier to give them a pass? lol, never change GGD

Her behavior is problematic at best. That being said, in most cases I can separate the artwork from the artist which is why I enjoy Azealia’s, Kanye’s & Eminem’s music. They all create great music. I have different opinions of their public personas but to be honest, their mental health battles are very public and I would be mortified if my mental issues were magnified under a massive spotlight so I try to come from a place of compassion when I think of controversial artists. We’re all human and flawed.

All y’all do is show that you’re ignorant to the struggles POC face. 
I’m siding with Admin (for once) in this thread, especially with the link to azealias post about management. I’ve been saying for years her team was exploiting her BiPolar Depression for years and it turns out there was some truth to that. She has never for her entire life been surrounded by good people. 
that country star was just caught on some **** he was trying to hide, he’s white and male. The parallels simply are not there and with the information accessible in 2021, it should be obvious. Like y’all are always comparing apples to oranges and you look big goofy baby!
