Something tells me she may have kept Taylor’s ring cause she truly loved that man, but I have no doubt she gave back/discarded Christian’s ring. I always thought the one from Christian was gaudy af anyway

I hate to break to anyone who doesn't know, but this is something that is true and while there's no way to "prove" it is true - it's true.

I think they're tacky too but Gaga's was an exception. I thought it really suited her. The one she got from Carino was tackier imo.

I tried to lie to myself about it too.  But deep down I knew.  I was like, that's a big ass diamond and Gaga is eccentric...  but deep down, I knew.

The thing is, an engagement ring is something you're supposed to grow old with.  Marriage is a old institution and calls for a mature and traditional ring.

"Marriage is about love and heart is a symbol of love, get it?!"  Ugggh, no, sorry. A high school promise ring can be a heart because it's kids who don't know what taste is yet.  

Now, you bring up the Carino ring.  It was very problematic too.  And while I agree it's tacky - I would rather say that the problem is that it's gaudy.  Which, by definition is tacky - especially for an engagement ring - but better (in my opinion) describes the error made with that monstrosity.  

Just because something is very expensive doesn't make it classy.  

I'm sorry to be judgmental but I think the world needs to know the truth about this.  When you get engaged, you want a ring that is TIMELESS and TRADITIONAL and there's really no room for negotiation here.
