BTS are hypocrites, it was RM who called out Melon for chart manipulation, that prompted Melon to reform their chart.  Currently, Melon, Flo, Genie are the Korean charts with only Unique Listeners, no more fandom mass streaming.

Billboard Hot100 should stop being greedy and follow Melon's example to reform their own chart to cater to only unique listeners.  As of the past decade, BB Hot100 allow western artists to use 3 different fraud and scamming methods of chart manipulation.  Bulk buying is obviously one method, Playlisting and Payola are the other 2 fraud methods that western artists often use.  BB Hot100 should get rid of these 3 scamming methods that supposedly boost up their numbers game.

Western labels buy spots to bump their artists up on the playlist to get higher streams, western artists with the most streams tend to have the most bot streams.  Cheating is cheating, it doesn't matter which of the 3 methods they use.
