If I’m not mistaken, Azealia is bi and technically belongs to the community. It did break my heart a little when she said no one ever told her they loved her before. And with her previous actions and statements I honestly believe that. The world is so abusive and so many people are born into loveless families riddled with issues. I think it’s a beautiful thing that she feels so much gratitude towards LGBTQ folk, I think she at least relates to the feeling of rejection and harshness from the world around you. Of course she has much work to do to make things right and “unlearn” her hateful tendencies. I don’t believe she’s an evil person. She just got hurt badly and never got to deal with it or recover… it’s clear how much distress Azealia has been in over the years due to her mental health. I think her acknowledgment of the love and support she receives from us was genuine. It’s clear that she just wanted to feel loved all along and didn’t know how to do much else but fight fragment-fragment--bul-uh...scab-uh..fragment-foot, bullet fragment foot bich!
