I can't remember the last time I drank Coca-Cola. But there is no doubt that it is VERY popular. I know several people who drink more C-C than water :bear: Here in Mexico it is the most consumed beverage. Pepsi has a bad reputation of being a tasteless copy of C-C.

Thank God I never drink Coke, although that's not enough, they're huge and have tons of brands under their umbrella, boycotting them is nearly impossible :interestinga:

Right? I don't get why Coke is more popular than Pepsi. I don't drink soda anymore but when I did, I was a Pepsi girl all the way. Coke is way too sugary for me.

Coke has always had this weird association with 1960s Americana which is slurped up like crazy in the States.

Yeah, it's a cultural thing. Here in Quebec Pepsi was more popular for years because of an ad campaign with one of our most well-known comedians :

Sorry there's no subtitles but yeah, that's why we prefer Pepsi here :laughga:

Honestly, must be soooo easy to make money in America just by association with America the brand.
