We love you girl. Thank you for your apology. She was young and dumb. Time to move on.

This was all we asked for. No one is ending anyone's career. I'm glad Billie addressed and acknowledged it for what it was, a mistake coming from ignorance. Go girl, give us everything.

This was an official message from the Office of the First Lady.

This was a stupid "controversary" in the first place, but meh, I hope it at least puts Twitter to rest for now.

The thing is so many people are still saying “it’s not enough”

She can donate to a handful of nonprofits dedicated to the cause, but apart from that I can't see what else can be done. We should give her the chance to show she isn't that person anymore and move on.

Yeah not sure about that :laughga:

On the one side, she still young.

But on the other hand, I'm Asian.

The whole situation to me is like "What? She has racism joke and queer bait? Okay... What she's apologize? Oh okaaaay..."

Like just watching people thanks for her apologize and me be like "Yeah... right..." :laughga:

Well I'm not the one who should "accept her apology and move on" but good for her for apologizing.
